Reverting to 7 furlongs at Wolverhampton, Sunshine And Roses hit the frame for the third start in a row.
She really dug deep in the closing stages, only for her to lose out by a short head and a head and finish third in a blanket finish. The winner was all out to hang on, and it looked like the race could have been ours in another few strides. With a better position earlier in the race we might have had a better outcome, but there is plenty to build on, and her first win cannot be far away.
